Entry to the villa is through the electric gates and into the main villa comprising of an open plan living room and dining room. The views from the dining room are stunning looking out over the beautiful mediteraean gardens. There is a modern kitchen with all the facilities you would expect like filtered water, oven, hob & extracter, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Also on this level is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to have a double bed. Both these bedrooms have air conditioning, the windows all have mosquito nets and blinds or black out curtains at the windows.
There is a family shower room on this level.
On the upper level of the villa there is a double bedroom with air conditioning with a toilette and a shower behind curtains. There is a television, air conditioning and a small sea view. Entrance to this bedroom is independent from the main villa.
Outside is what really sets this villa off. The owners have installed a beautiful out door, bar and dining area - the gardens are very beautiful and not over looked. The large 10m x 5m swimming pool has a waterfall feature and a jacuzzi area. There is an outdoor shower.
The gardens and grounds are furnished with releaxing chairs, parasols and sunloungers, .The private swimming pool will keep you cool on those lazy summer days. The BBQ has been changed to an electric grill, due to the fact that any kind of fire is prohibited in the summer months. There is private off road parking on the driveway.

For winter rentals there is a sauna available for guests to use and a glass conservatory to make the most of the winter sun.
Set in a lovely area of Javea with the local blue flag beaches a short drive away. The bustling Arenal beach is 5.5km away and Granadella beach is 4km.
